The usual stuff, as always: Taking care.

Taking care of my wife and son, taking care of software bugs and customer issues...it never changes
"Be a guildmaster", they say. "Fame and fortune", they say. More like taking care of whining and loot conflicts. It's basically the same as it was back then - but now I am paid for doing it (in money by my boss and love by my family).

Well, that one time with the paladin and the healer mail head... but all other issues were resolved by the considerate actions of our members :D
